Intern Architect (3-5 persons)
Responsibilities:
1、Complete required design and drawing
2、Make working models and drawings of various periods and assist the architectural designers to develop the drafts into rational planning drawings
Qualification:
1、Education: Bachelor or above degree in architecture or related majors
2、Abilities: High working pressure tolerance, easy-going, earnest working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit

Assisting Designer (2 persons)
Responsibilities:
1、Assist the architects in architectural designs
2、Complete required design and drawing
3、Assist to organize and prepare the reporting documents, project demos and letters
Qualification:
1、Education: College diploma or above in architecture or related majors
2、Experience: Related working experience above 1-3 years
3、Ability: High comprehensive abilities in architectural and landscape design, assist the designers to complete project analysis, model analysis, post processing, and document preparation. Appreciation ability of aesthetic and art. High sense and control abilities of color, size, and space. Intense thirst for knowledge and high learning ability of software and technical knowledge. Skilled ability of model making is preferred.
4、Quality: Strong sense of responsibility, earnest working attitude, good communication ability, teamwork spirit, independent working ability, and high working pressure tolerance 

Assisting Architect (7 persons)
Responsibilities:
1、Assist the architects in architectural designs
2、Complete required design and drawing
3、Assist to organize and prepare the reporting documents, project demos and letters
Qualification:
1、Education: Bachelor or above degree in architecture or related majors
2、Experience: Fresh graduates or related working experience above 1 year
3、Ability: Earnest learning attitude, good professional, learning, communication and executive abilities
4、Quality: High working pressure tolerance, easy-going, earnest working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit 

Architect (6 persons)
Responsibilities:
1、Participate in the concept design in the early period according to the arrangement by the creation architects
2、Independently complete the detail design and timely cooperate with team members
3、Assist creation architects to organize and prepare the reporting documents, project demos and letters
4、Make rational proposals on the technical management of the firm
Qualification:
1、Education: Bachelor or above degree in architecture
2、Experience: Related working experience above 2 years
3、Ability: Passion in architectural design, design and detail design abilities. Master the regulations on domestic architectural design
4、Quality: Good communication ability, professional dedication, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit

Creation architect (2 persons)
Responsibilities:
1、Communication with design directors for the team members and working schedules, prepare periodical work plans of the projects, and arrange tasks for the team members
2、Complete the concept design and organize team members to detail the design
3、Review and control all the drawings including the sketch, model and multi-media presentation
4、Communication with the clients for periodical reporting and take an overall control of the projects
5、Evaluate on the job performance of team members including the workload and job content
6、Make rational proposals on the technical management of the firm
7、Assist on the business operation and promotion of the projects
Qualification:
1、Education: Bachelor or above degree in architecture or related majors
2、Experience: Related working experience above 3 years
3、Ability: Strong abilities of design creation, team management, and communication and expression
4、Knowledge: Master knowledge on urban planning, architectural design, construction, plumbing, heating and ventilation, electrical engineering, enterprise management, and related laws. Related knowledge on landscape, construction, and equipment design. Good ability of review and coordination.
5、Quality: Good communication ability with the clients, professional dedication, strong sense of responsibility, good learning and organization ability, and teamwork spirit

Director architect (1 person)
Responsibilities:
1、 Communication with design directors for the team members and working schedules, prepare periodical work plans of the projects, and arrange tasks for the team members
2、Complete the concept design of single building or urban planning and organize team members to detail the design according to the project requirements by the clients.
3、Review and control all the drawings including the sketch, model and multi-media presentation. Complete the detail design.
4、Organize the technical meetings of the project and make proper proposals for the existing questions. Responsible for the communication and technical coordination with all the parties. Have close cooperation with all the departments to achieve all the design from the concept to the construction drawings. Control the standards and quality for the whole design. Provide good additional service to the design.
5、Communication with the clients for periodical reporting and take an overall control of the projects.
6、Evaluate on the job performance of team members including the workload and job content
7、Assist on the business operation and promotion of the projects
Qualification:
1、Education: Bachelor or above degree in architecture or related majors
2、Experience: Related working experience above 5 years of architectural design in Grade A design institutes
3、Ability: Independent organization of regular engineering projects and strong technical ability for project design. Familiar with the process of project design. Organization and coordination ability in project design and detail design. Good communication and expression ability. Good ability in site design, planning design, and architectural design. Sense of technical innovation. Rich experience in project organization and management.
4、Knowledge: Master knowledge on urban planning, architectural design, construction, plumbing, heating and ventilation, electrical engineering, enterprise management, and related laws. Related knowledge on landscape, construction, and equipment design. Good ability of review and coordination. Rich experience of coordination with the site construction.
